Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must contact customer service at 1-855-870-1269 in order to receive a returned goods authorization form. This form must be included with your item in order for the return to be processed.
Praxair will pay for return shipping in the case of a fulfillment error or defective product; otherwise, the customer will pay return shipping. If the customer is responsible for return shipping, their credit card will be refunded for the total sale of the returned item less shipping. If Praxair is responsible for return shipping, the customer will receive a pre-paid label.
The customer must return the products in saleable condition in the original packaging. This includes any documentation or packaging originally shipped.
Products ordered and delivered through the Praxair Direct online service must be returned through Praxair Direct. Returns will not be accepted at branch locations or stores.
Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. UPS must be notified in addition to Praxair Direct customer service.
Hazardous materials cannot be returned. The customer must contact the manufacturer for service.
Products which use fuel (drive engines, for example) cannot be returned once they have been fueled.
